In summer, Maria, of our R&D department, loves to do picnics with her family. Motivated by this idea, Clavel's Kitchen, created the Mexican Salad in a Jar, a delicious and practical meal, ideal for a picnic or to take to the beach. INGREDIENTS
FOR THE SAUCE
- ½ avocado
- ¼ seedless red chilli
- 3 coriander branches
- 1 Lime Juice
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder tea
- 1 tablespoon of water
FOR THE SALAD
- 1 shredded grilled chicken steak
- 120g black beans
- 60g of boiled corn
- 50g sliced red peppers
- 50g sliced red onion
- Lettuce mix
- 20g of croutons
PREPARATION
For the sauce, grind all ingredients in a mincer. Season with salt if desired. Build the salad in a jar: start by putting the sauce in the bottom. Then place the beans, corn, shredded chicken, peppers, onions, lettuce mix and finish with the croutons.
